Hi I’m James, I turned to professional landscape designing after an extensive career in the Armed Forces, and the film industry.
With deep family roots within gardening, and experienced Property development, Create Gardens was born.
I spent a year working as an estate gardener within Tom Stuart Smith’s walled garden at Middleton Lodge Estate. Experiencing multiple garden Spaces developed over the 200 acre estate. Part of a small team covering, The Walled Garden, spring, summer, kitchen. Prairie, rose garden and wild flower orchard. Woodland, cut flowers and Mediterranean to propagation of organic food for the estates restaurant.
Gathering my experiences I have created this landscape design company to create and develop your green spaces, transforming them into the outdoor living spaces that you desire for your living.
